It is the size of a fist and is located roughly an inch or inch and a half below the navel and two to two and a half inches inside the body. This energy center is the key for energy, stamina, vitality, immunity, rejuvenation and longevity. Dear the soul of Divine Light,
I love you.
Please give my Lower Dan Tian a blessing. 
Please boost my energy, stamina, vitality and immunity and rejuvenate my soul, heart, mind and body.
Thank you!

Mind Power: Place your mind in your Lower Dan Tian and see beautiful Divine Light coming into your Lower Dan Tian, or visualize this light inside your Lower Dan Tian, like the sun shining brightly.

Sound Power: Chant silently or aloud:

Divine Light,
Divine Light,
Divine Light,
Divine Light.....

or

Divine Light boosts my Lower Dan Tian,
Divine Light boosts my Lower Dan Tain,
Divine Light boosts my Lower Dan Tian...

Chant for approximately 5 minutes. When you are finished, close by saying;
