Forgiveness Brings Inner Joy and Peace | Tao Hands | One-Sentence-Secrets

"Forgiveness brings inner joy and inner peace." This is another of Master Sha's golden one-sentence-secrets. The value of forgiveness cannot be over-stated. The effects are immediate and palpable. Imagine how it would feel to be free of the things you have not been able to let go of. This is how it is to forgive. The peace that comes brings a sense of joy and contentment. The heart is set free with forgiveness.

Forgiveness is something people may value but not know how to accomplish. That is, even if they want to forgive, they may have a hard time doing it. Somethings are just hard to let go of until you really practice forgiveness.

Also, some people may think forgiveness is all about forgiving others, but its also very much about being forgiven. We need to ask for, not just offer, forgiveness. This is an important component to our freedom.

This is why we need to practice. We need to practice offering and asking for forgiveness. We can benefit from soul healing and soul power by asking for blessings. Help is just a request away. All we need to do is ask, practice and trust.

People who practice forgiveness have found one of the keys to a happy, healthy life. Research is finding that people heal from injuries and some health conditions faster if they practice forgiveness. Also, forgiveness is the flip side of love; they go hand in hand. Love and forgiveness are the keys to the universe, so to speak. It's impossible to truly have one without the other.

So how can we practice forgiveness? Master Sha gives a most simple way - to use the Four Power Techniques. Here is an example:

Body Power: Sit straight with your feet flat on the floor and back away from the chair if that's comfortable. Put one palm on your heart and the other on your lower abdomen.

Soul Power - Say Hello:

Dear Divine and all my spiritual mothers and fathers,
I love you, honor you and appreciate you.
You have the power to bless my forgiveness practice.
I would be so grateful if you would bless my forgiveness practice.
Thank you.

Dear all the souls I or my ancestors have hurt or harmed in any way,
I love, honor and respect you.
I deeply apologize for our mistakes.
Please forgive me. Please forgive my ancestors.
I am so grateful.

I forgive you and all souls, unconditionally.
I'm honored to practice forgiveness together.
Let us chant together.
Thank you.

Sound Power: Chant the following out loud or silently:

Divine Forgiveness
Divine Forgiveness
Divine Forgiveness
Divine Forgiveness.....

Mind Power: Visualize beautiful light within you and within and around all the souls you've called. You an visualize them in a circle of light as you chant and practice forgiveness.

Chant for as long as you wish. Longer is better! When you are finished, formally close the practice and thank all the souls. Invite them to return to their abodes.

When we really want to forgive, and when we realize that we really need the forgiveness of others, we may find it in our hearts to practice forgiveness regularly. This is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. Forgiveness not only gives us inner joy and inner peace, but it helps us transform any challenge.

Practice forgiveness for a peaceful, joyous life!
