The Jing Channel, also known as the Outer Yin Yang Circle, was given to Master Sha on May 8, 2008, along with the Qi Channel, or Inner Yin Yang Circle. As mentioned in the last blog entry, when the Qi Channel and inner circle is flowing, the body is in good health.
The Jing Channel or outer circle is the sacred circle for rejuvenation and longevity. It starts from the Hui Yin (the acupuncture point between the anus and the genitals, which gathers all the yin energy) and moves toward the tailbone area, where there are two invisible holes. The energy flows along the circle through these two invisible holes to the spinal cord, and then up the spinal cord through the brain and too the top of the head. It then flows down the seven Soul Houses in the center of the body, and back to the Hui Yin area.
Practicing this channel nourishes your rejuvenation and longevity. Practicing both the channels alternatively (the Qi Channel from the last blog entry and the Jing Channel presented here) is a powerful practice to maintain your health, vitality and longevity.
Let us practice now for the Jing Channel.
Body Power: Sit up straight. Place one palm on your first Soul House (chakra) or you may even sit on your palm, with your fingers pointing backward, connecting with you Hui Yin acupuncture point. If you are male, you can use your left hand. If you are female you can use your right hand. Then place the other palm on the top of your head, on your 7th Soul House.
Soul Power: Say, Dear my Sacred Outer Yin Circle for Rejuvenation and Longevity, I love you. You have the power to rejuvenate my soul, heart, mind and body and prolong my life. I am very grateful. Do a good job. Thank you. Dear the Divine Soul Song "You Weng Yi Xi Ah Hong Heng Hei" (these are the sounds for each of the 7 Soul Houses and the Wai Jiao that you can find in the Divine Soul Song Book), I love you. Please activate my Sacred Outer Circle for Rejuvenation and Longevity and prolonging of my life, as appropriate. I am extremely grateful. Thank you.
Mind Power: Visualize golden light moving along the Sacred Circle for Rejuvenation and Longevity, shining from the Hui Yin area to the tailbone, then up through the spinal cord and brain, and finally down through the seven Soul Houses and back to the Hui Yin (first Soul House) area.
Sound Power: Chant silently or aloud:
You Weng Yi Xi Ah Hong Heng Hei (pronounced: yoe, wung yee shee ah hawng hung hey)
You Weng Yi Xi Ah Hong Heng Hei
You Weng Yi Xi Ah Hong Heng Hei
You Weng Yi Xi Ah Hong Heng Hei ....
Chant for 5 minutes. The longer and more often you chant, the better results you could receive.
This is a powerful practice that can be done daily to align and clear blockages for your greatest rejuvenation and longevity.
We are so grateful to have the wisdom , knowledge and practices of the Inner and Outer Qi and Jing Sacred Circles to help us maintain our health, vitality, immunity, rejuvenation, longevity and more.
Thank you for your dedication. We are very blessed.
With love,
Your Tao Hands Team.
