Opening Your Message Center for Progress in Your Life | Tao Hands


A very important key energy center is the Message Center, also known by many as the Heart Chakra. Most people on a conscious spiritual path are familiar with this energy center and understand that it is significant in our ability to love and connect heart to heart, soul to soul. However, not as many are aware of the full nature, significance and importance of this energy center for so many aspects of life.

What is the Message Center and Why is It So Important?
The Message Center is a fist sized energy center located in the very middle of your chest (sternum), about 2.5 cun inside the body (cun is a Chinese measurement that is the width of one's thumb knuckle). While we may speak of a strong or weak Lower Dan Tian or Kundalini energy center, we speak most often of the Message Center as being more or less open. The key is to open it further and further, and here's why. The Message Center is one of the most important centers in the body because it is the center for:
  • Soul Communication - the ability to communicate with any soul, including the Divine and the universe
  • Soul Language - the language of the soul and the one true universal language
  • Healing - it is where your greatest healing powers are 
  • Emotions - develop the Message Center for balanced emotions
  • Love, forgiveness and compassion - these qualities and more are offered through the Message Center
  • Life transformation - All aspects of life connect in the Message Center, so healing, balancing and opening the Message Center can transform your life
  • Karma - is stored in the Message Center, so clearing the blockages of the Message Center is clearing your karma
  • Soul Enlightenment - an enlightened soul sits in the Message Center or higher in the body. To clear and develop the Message Center is to purify your soul, heart, mind and body to reach enlightenment.

How Can We Open or Further Open the Message Center?
There are many practices we can do to further open the Message Center. We are going to call in Sha's Golden Healing Ball today, and use the Four Power Techniques. This is a powerful combination and we trust that many of you will definitely notice that your Message Center  has been blessed. So let's begin.

Body Power 
Please sit up straight with your back away from the chair (if you are able). Place one palm on your lower abdomen and the other palm on your Message Center, right in the middle of your chest.  

Soul Power 
Say Hello to outer and inner souls like this:
Dear Divine and Tao,
Dear my Heaven's Team,
Dear Sha's Golden Healing Ball,
I love you, honor and appreciate you.
You have the power to heal, bless and open my Message Center.
Please heal, bless and open my Message Center, as appropriate as I practice.

Your Message Center is most blessed! It is beneficial to do this practice (or one similar to it) every day. Certain conditions (i.e. emotional imbalances, financial blockages and more) may warrant longer or more frequent practice times. As your Message Center opens your quality of life and service will expand and grow.
