We Are One | Tao Hands

All over the world, spiritual teachers and groups are sharing the message of Oneness. How we speak of Oneness may vary, but the essence is the same. We all come from the same Source. We are all made of the same thing. We are all parts of one whole.

At a basic level, the teaching of Oneness reminds us of our common ground and helps bring us back there. If we are one, what is it about this or that person, this or that culture, this or that government, that we cannot love? And when there is harm, or we are bothered by things that are "not filled with light", how can we look more closely at ourselves to find how it is reflected inside?

 How can we apply Oneness in our daily lives, and to what benefit?

Let's begin with our small universe - the inner universe of countless souls within. What would happen if they united as one? Did you know your liver and heart may not get along? According to Master Sha's teachings, everyone and everything has a soul (heart, mind and body), including our organs, systems and cells; including our emotions, mindsets and beliefs. All our blockages involve disharmony in our inner world, within and between our souls, hearts, minds and bodies. As blockages dissolve, we create more harmony and move toward oneness. We need inner harmony for outer harmony. We need inner unity before we may experience outer unity. The large (outer) universe is a reflection of the small (inner) universe.

In Soul Mind Body Science System, a book written by Master Sha and Master Rulin Xiu, a model of Grand Unification Theory is presented based on ancient and new wisdom from the Tao, quantum physics and cutting edge mathematics. This model brings science and spirituality together and explains many layers of mystery in science and creation. It also brings us a basic formula for oneness of all things, including our inner and outer universe. With the ancient wisdom that everyone and everything is made of Shen (soul, heart and mind) Qi (energy) Jing (matter), it is proposed that the key to resolving all kinds of ailments at the individual, group, societal, cultural, world and universal levels is the alignment and union of shen qi jing. In other words, the challenges we experience are because of the lack of alignment of our shen qi jing, individually and collectively.

The formula is "Shen Qi Jing He Yi" when means soul, heart, mind, energy and matter join as one, or "S + E + M = 1", where "S" is soul (also shen, which is soul, heart and mind), "E" is energy and "M" is matter.

While great purification of soul, heart, mind and body is needed for our Shen Qi Jing He Yi goal, our time here on Mother Earth affords us the opportunity to experience the consequences of our lack of alignment, providing the perfect opportunity to learn how to come into alignment. We can advance our progress exponentially with powerful practices brought to us from the Divine and Tao.

To chant the mantras: Shen Qi Jing He Yi and S + E + M = 1, are incredible practices that function as a Soul Order, to bring our shen qi jing together and into alignment, moving toward Oneness. We are very blessed to have such a practice.

We will practice now.

Body Power: Sit up straight, with your feet flat on the floor. Place one palm on your navel area and the other over the ming men acupuncture point, which is directly across from the navel, on the backside of your body. If this is uncomfortable, place one palm on the lower abdomen and one on your heart.

Mind Power: Visualize brilliant crystal clear light (any color that comes is ok) throughout your entire body.

Soul Power - Say Hello:

Dear Divine and Tao
Dear all my spiritual mothers and fathers,
I love you, honor and appreciate you.
You have the power to help me align my shen qi jing, to bring them together in harmony.
Please help align my shen qi jing as one.
I am so grateful.

Sound Power - Chant silently or aloud either or both mantras:

Shen Qi Jing He Yi......

Chant for 5 minutes or longer. Remember to see the crystal light! Remember to stay connected to the Divine and Tao, to all your spiritual mothers and fathers, with gratitude. Remember what the mantras mean!

When you are finished, close with:

This practice can help awaken your innate alignment of soul, heart, mind and body. As we each find our own inner unity, we will understand the truth of our Oneness with all life deeply, and can help bring all souls into Oneness. How blessed we are!
