It has been said that ego is the greatest blockage on the spiritual path. It's something almost every human being on a conscious spiritual path wrestles with. We often don't want to let go of our ego's, even though they cause us so much pain and suffering. It is the ego that wants things a certain way, that lacks confidence or has inflated confidence, that convinces us we have this problem or that problem. The ego has a big job!
And while it can be tough to transform ego, it is, of course, very rewarding. It's synonymous with spiritual growth. Imagine to be free of the tugs and pulls of incessant desires. Free to walk in peace, to give love, to help others be happier and healthier, to serve.
So how can we clear ego? It's a life long practice for many, and there are many spiritual techniques to help us grow.
Divine Healing Hands provides a unique and special way to clear ego. We can invoke Divine Healing Hands to remove ego blockages, a little at a time. The Divine Healing Hands will go into the recipients soul system and Message Center (Heart Chakra) and begin to clear the soul, mind, body blockages associated with ego. Ego is associated with mental karma. Divine Healing Hands removes karma blockages, bit by bit, which is the root cause of significant ego blockages. Regular practice is important for transforming something like the ego. However, it can also be very effective to implement a soul healing practice during or just after an episode of ego dominance - as it's ripe and ready for transformation. Let's us the Four Powers:
Body Power: Sit straight with your feet flat on the ground. Place one palm over the lower abdomen and one palm on the Message Center or Heart Chakra.
Mind Power: Visualize beautiful golden light in both these areas, and perhaps even filling your entire torso or body as you practice.
