Happy Holidays with Divine Healing Hands!

Holidays are traditionally meant to be a time of hope, happiness, friendliness, fellowship, and harmony and yet there are times when this anticipation and excitement turns into feelings of depression, commonly called holiday blues.

Holiday blues can often surface with symptoms like headaches, insomnia, uneasiness, anxiety, sadness and unnecessary conflict with family and friends.

This Holiday Season let us join hearts and souls together to create love, peace, harmony, happiness and vitality with Divine. This is the first in a series of blog posts that will focus on healing, balancing and transforming our emotions so say goodbye to those holiday blues.

Please forgive the mistakes that my ancestors and I have made in all lifetimes related to the heart, depression, and anxiety. In order to receive forgiveness I will serve humanity, Mother Earth, and all souls unconditionally. Thank you.

Mind Power. Visualize red light radiating in the heart. Sound Power. Chant or sing silently or aloud:

Zhi Ya Yang Xin (pronounced jr yah yahng sheen)

“Zhi Ya” is the sacred Tao Song mantra to vibrate and radiate in the heart. “Yang” means nourish. “Xin” means heart. “Zhi Ya Yang Xin” means Tao Song nourishes the heart.

Stop reading now. Chant Zhi Ya Yang Xin for five minutes. Generally speaking, chant for three to five minutes per time, three to five times per day. If you have a chronic or life-threatening condition, chant for two hours or more per day. The longer you chant and the more you chant, the better the results you could receive. Add all of the practice time together to total two hours or more per day.
